Project Description

The Parking Garage Structure will encompass 217,000 gross square feet and is expected to be completed by September 2026. This facility will provide a total of 610 vehicular parking spaces, including 24 designated for electric vehicles (EVs), along with 66 bike parking spaces. Additionally, the structure will feature an adjacent 7,500-square-foot childcare facility, seismically isolated from the main building via an expansion joint. The parking garage is designed to support the increased demand for parking in the area, offering convenient and sustainable options for both vehicles and bicycles while also catering to the needs of families with young children.
