Project Description
The Incubator and Accelerator “Bean” Building, with a gross square footage of 58,000, is set for substantial completion in Fall 2027, aligning its construction phases with the LRC Building. This building will undergo major rehabilitation, including slab replacements, exterior brick façade removal and repair, window replacements, and the addition of a new elevator and stair core. The interior will be designed as flexible office space, although the specific program is yet to be defined. The Bean Building aims to support innovation and entrepreneurship, providing adaptable workspaces for startups and established businesses alike.
