The 11,000 square foot first-floor office at Belvidere Place recently got an upgrade as more employees moved in. Employees from four floors of 177 Huntington Ave. moved into the first floor splace, forcing designers to be creative and use the space more efficiently and effectively. It was converted from a cubicle farm to a modern workspace with accommodation for all working styles as more people work in person.

There are about 40 official workstations, along with huddle rooms, offices and conference areas. New planters add color and freshness to the space, along with new work pods, lounge areas and collaboration spaces. There were no massive architectural renovations, so it is flexible for future changes. Furniture based solutions, Strategic Spaces and Creative Office Resources provided the furniture.
