The break room in Gainsborough Garage was renovated by the in-house design team and now has more refrigerators and seating area. Sleek new cabinets, flooring, and furniture turned the mismatched room into a polished new space. An upgraded water fountain station with a bottle refill capacity replaced an older model and two large stainless steel refrigerators replaced one smaller white fridge.

The 550 square foot space had not been updated in over 15 years and provides a well-deserved rest area for trades employees. Bruno Dariu and Trenten Kelley led the project. Creative Office Resources and Home Deport provided the new appliances and furniture. So far, the designers have gotten positive responses from employees.
