The In-House Design and Construction team recently completed updates in the lounges and lobbies of both International Village and East Village. The existing spaces were underutilized by students.  Some lounges are study focused, others are leisure focused and others a hybrid to give students options. Lobbies now have quadruple the number of seats and are hybrid environments with a mix of study and lounge furniture. Enclosed nooks encourage privacy and focus while high top tables fitted with charging stations are useful for collaboration and provide a view onto campus from the higher floors.

Furniture was acquired from Creative Office Resources, RedThread, and W.B. Mason. The project was completed over the summer and overseen by Lindsey Fiorello and Vanessa Laub.
