Real Estate & Capital Projects

Advancing capital projects

Planning, Real Estate, and Facilities’ (PREF) Capital Project and Real Estate team supports the planning and development of capital project requests across our global campuses. We oversee all aspects of a project’s development and delivery, including lease agreements, design, cost estimates, budgeting, and project management.

Our team contributes to the university’s success through the implementation of a diverse range of projects, from minor renovations to large-scale new construction. These projects create state-of-the-art facilities, including laboratories, classrooms, offices, and residential spaces.
